Duties of the council
The council representing residents deals with the budgetary matter, approval o the proposal for settlement of accounts, resident's petition and appeal and establishes ordinances within the legally stipulated scope.

makes a motion or approval of a variety of bills, does the function of residents representative asking for the public official's presence and report, and autonomous law-making , and monitoring of administrative politics.
